Chesapeake Bay Organization Development Network (CBODN) is the premier DC Metro area network and community of practice of Organization Development (OD) practitioners. Founded in Chesapeake Bay, MD, our name still pays homage to our founders, and we are grateful for their brilliant minds and vital contributions to the field of OD.
** 2019 Election Season is here **
We are excited to invite you to submit your nomination for the 2019 CBODN Board elections.
Typically, our Vice President assumes the role of President after the first term with elections primarily focused on replacing the VP into the succession. However, our current VP (Rasha Fakhreddine) is unable to assume the role as President so 2019 elections are being held for both President and Vice President. The current President, Chris Swisher, will assume the advisory role of Past President.
This is a great time for new energy, ideas, and opportunities to emerge for our organization, and a great time to serve your community with a unique leadership (and learning) opportunity.
More details about the roles, requirements, timelines, and election process can be found HERE.
October 2019 - We are a 100% volunteer led organization, and only exist with the help of individuals lending their creativity and expertise to keep our programming active and our network connected. While there are many ways to be involved, we are currently recruiting for a number of critical board roles in addition to President and Vice President as mentioned above. If you are interested in any of the board roles/functions listed below, please contact us today. Thank you!
