Engage with one another, develop knowledge and skills, share expertise, and contribute to our community.

Will you help our Chesapeake Bay organization development community?  Use our Volunteer form!

Volunteering to help our CBODN community gives you the chance to contribute your strengths, develop skills, and collaborate with fantastic folks! You can help out with limited tasks or take a leadership role on the CBODN Board.

The OD community in our area is always adapting to change, as our region's diverse government and private industry organizations respond to economic pressures and all the news-making events that affect the government, Washington DC, and whole US mid-Atlantic region. CBODN Board and volunteer needs evolve as we seek to adjust services and representation to best serve OD practitioners and the market in our diverse region.

We almost always have a need for interested members to help with projects or to help lead the organization. Board members typically choose to serve between 2-3 years, sometimes longer.  Volunteers help out if and as you can.  Either way, we can use your help.
Please join our volunteer team!
