Program Description:
Back by popular demand! On Wednesday, October 24th the CBODN Evening Program will feature a return visit from Ethan Schutz, President of the Schutz Company, administrators of The Human Element Course.
Participants will be introduced to Leadership Powered by The Human Element. This is an interactive session discussing the practical tools designed for developing capacity to lead by helping leaders become more aware, lead others more effectively, get out of their own way, and reduce their unproductive, defensive behaviors.
Using a combination of two key Principlesundefinedcore concepts for working well with others, FIRO® Theory, for increasing awareness, and Practice, leaders can improve the way they use their most crucial tool, themselves, and become more effective. Participants will experience a taste of the principles and theory, along with a case study using this approach.
Based on the work by Dr. Will Schutz and over 50 years of research and application of his FIRO Theory, this session will show how leaders can become someone who others willingly and enthusiastically want to follow.
