Coaching SIG: Joint CBODN-ASTD SIG

Topic: Groundworks: Keeping Your Cool Under Daily Stressful Conditions

As a coach, how do you stay centered and allow your innate and powerful skills to make an impact when your clients and their world seem to be in turmoil?  In difficult situations do you respond by conscious choice or with a knee jerk reaction?  Aware of it or not, you always have a choice about how you respond.  Join us and experience analytical, attitudinal, behavioral, and physical practices that will help you make the choices that access more of your skill and capabilities.

• Identify when you are centered (grounded) or off center; what triggers you; and how to get back to your
 center.
• Experience practices and exercises that help to ground you daily and when under stress.
• Know and feel what it’s like to be grounded and ready for peak performance.
