Emotional Intelligence is our behavioral face. It is the collection of behaviors we show the world—what we each look and sound like as we engage with the world around us. Self-confidence, assertiveness, empathy, optimism, how (or whether) we engage conflict—we each present the world with a unique set of behaviors that combine to bring us much of the success we enjoy and many of the challenges with which we struggle. Attend this interactive program and learn the EQ-i Model of Emotional Intelligence and the exercises and coaching actions that activate and reinforce Emotional Intelligence behaviors. Each participant will construct a personal action plan to deepen their Emotional Intelligence and receive an informational packet for understanding and applying the program content.

New Policy for people who are “no-shows”
Since we have terrific programs scheduled for this year, we want to provide an opportunity for as many attendees as possible. To enable us to fill openings please email me at least before 10 a.m. the day of the meeting, Tuesday, if you will not be able to attend so I can contact those who email that day to be on the waiting list. From now on those who are 'no-shows' will be placed on the waiting list for future meetings until we have openings. If you contact me after 10 a.m. I may still be able to fill your opening although it doesn't provide much notice for those on the waiting list.
Cancellation policy: If session is cancelled Peggy Linden will send out an email announcement. If schools or libraries are closed this meeting will be cancelled also.
