Rick is a principal partner at En Route Communication LLC, a woman-owned small business specializing in coaching, organizational consulting, strategic messaging, and creative services. Rick is a US Army veteran and retired from a 30-year career in the US Government, where he became recognized as a national policy specialist, expert project manager, and senior executive leader of organizational change initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University and a Master of Sciences from the London School of Economics. He is certified as a trainer, facilitator, negotiator, organizational process and change consultant, and project manager; he also has over a decade of experience as a leadership coach.
