CORRECTION: CBODN 2015 CONFERENCE DATES
In the excitement surrounding the upcoming conference, we realized the dates were misquoted in the last Communique. We sincerely apologize.
The 2015 CBODN Conference - CULTIVATING SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES - will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 with post-conference sessions on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at the beautiful College Park Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, 3501 University Blvd., East Hyattsville, MD 20783 (www.marriott.com/wasum).
The 2015 conference will investigate the many ways in which our profession cultivates sustainability. We will explore the triple bottom-line of people, planet and profit across sectors; delve into ways organizations are successfully sustaining the outcomes of OD interventions; and examine new ways to sustain ourselves as practitioners and strengthen our community of practice. TWO MINUTE FEEDBACK by Bill Fitzgerald
Unfortunately, the October 7 Evening Program presenting the Two Minute Feedback tool had to be cancelled. Scheduled speaker Bill Fitzgerald has been kind enough to provide the CBODN community with a description of the tool and its uses. Two Minute Feedback is an online learning platform that facilities rapid change and improvement. With Two Minute Feedback, you can collect anonymous feedback from customers, co-workers or colleagues in a way that encourages candid and constructive suggestions.
As the name implies, Two Minute Feedback is fast and easy and generates action-oriented feedback quickly, that can immediately be put to use.
Two Minute Feedback is being used in leadership development programs, management training programs, coaching, for on boarding, and in other training programs to extend learning beyond the classroom.
