Engage with one another, develop knowledge and skills, share expertise, and contribute to our community.

CBODN is the premier DC Metro area community for Organization Development (OD) practitioners. Founded in Chesapeake Bay, MD, our name still pays homage to our founders and we are grateful for their vital contributions to the field of OD.

CBODN brings OD professionals together through programs, Communities of Practice, workshops, and more. We provide opportunities for sharing and exchange of knowledge; professional development and networking; and communion through shared community.

Engage with CBODN members through networking events, social media pages, member discussion space on LinkedIn, and photo galleries, and take advantage of our resources including webinars, event listings, book store (coming soon!), and more!

The CBODN Annual Conference provides an opportunity for participants to see organizations through multiple lenses of OD theories and discover how to use new models in OD practice, expanding individual, leader, and organizational potential.

CBODN sincerely thanks Fielding Graduate University for its ongoing donation of space for use by our Board.
