He is presently the Organizational Development Manager for Charles E. Smith Life Communities, a large long term healthcare organization for the elderly.
Jim has helped organizations become a great place to work resulting in increased employee engagement scores and customer service scores. He has also helped leaders increase their capacity to problem solve with both colleagues and staff.
