Engaging Leadership

Facilitator: Lenea England

Recently completing a masters’ degree in human resource development through Villanova University, Lenea is stepping up her career in strategic workforce planning and development.  Her passion and the driving purpose for her emphasis on organizational planning includes research, analysis and implementation of employee engagement strategies for increasing performance and an organization’s viability and profit.  Lenea brings an extensive interdisciplinary background of human development, education and business management.

Description:

“Engaging Leadership” describes the process of bringing an organization’s leaders into a state of being totally engaged. “ Engaging Leadership” is also the term used to describe the portrait of leaders that have and use the tools and skills to orchestrate the process of engaging the organization’s employees.  You must have the first in order to achieve the second.

Participants will be guided through an exploration of their own engagement/disengagement triggers and offered tools for becoming both more fully engaged at work and for leading a more engaged workforce.   Come be inspired to perform life in overdrive!
