Program Description:  Helping Teams Perform at the “Speed of Trust”

Join your OD colleagues and learn an approach to use with teams that will impact overall team effectiveness and team decision-making. Based on "The Speed of Trust", one of Stephen Covey's principles, Tammy O’Donnell will share an approach that can be used with multi-functional teams and helps to improve individual trust among team members.  Tammy will include an audience engagement exercise that provides insight on your highest priority “trust factors”.
