Description:
In this interactive presentation you will learn about Human Needs Psychology and the 6 Human Needs, discover how you are fulfilling your human needs, if and how to shift your focus, and how these relate to your personal and professional life fulfillment. We will also use the 6 Human Needs as a lens through which to analyze the life and health of an organization. You will leave with a new sense of how to live a fulfilled life full of joy, happiness and wonder.
Human Needs Psychology, as developed by Tony Robbins and Chloe Madanes, says that every person seeks to fulfill 6 Human Needs. Individuals and organizations can fulfill these needs in negative or positive ways-- bringing life and health or dysfunction and death. Ultimately, it is when individuals and organizations are growing and contributing that they find fulfillment. People are most courageous and able to embrace vulnerability and risk when they are seeking positive fulfillment.
