Description:

This will be conversation focused around three case studies that present opportunities/challenges around “speaking truth to power,” challenging executives to understand unintended impact and consequences, and meeting commitments to values in the face of potential adverse financial impact. The case studies will come from actual situations experienced by HR in a large corporate environment. The dialog will focus on HR’s role, alternate strategies and risks.
