Topic: Understanding the Subconscious Dimensions of Your Leadership Style

Facilitator: Harrison Snow

Program:

On Friday, April 5, 2013 we will use an innovative process for understanding the dynamics of our own leadership style. This process involves mapping the key experiences, beliefs and/or concepts that are impacting how we show up and interact with others. Leadership implies a profound “use of self” based on self-knowledge. The more aware we are of our own inner dynamics the more effective we can be in harmonizing those dynamics to produce a good outcome.
