As an effective coach, how do you work with a team that suffers from a series of shared negative experiences or has a rich history of discord and mistrust? De Bono’s Six Thinking Hats is an effective coaching tool for use in these team interventions that thousands of business managers, educators, and government leaders around the world have already adopted with great success. The process is a practical and uniquely positive approach for helping individuals gain clarity in thinking, explore individual perspectives, and make decisions. Come learn about the questions each hat answers and how you can use this approach with your coaching clients. The session will include a quick overview of the de Bono Six Thinking Hats theory followed by interactive small group exercises. To expedite the learning process, cue sheets will be provided. A debrief for the evening will be done using the Six Thinking Hats.
