Topic: Starter Kit: Essential Steps to Starting Your Consulting Business

Description:  Starting a business is a big step!  While it can be exciting, it also can be overwhelming and confusing.  What is the best strategy and structure for the desired business? What licenses and registrations are necessary? What support is needed to be successful? etc. These are questions every business owner must answer. Yet, often the answers – and sometimes even key questions – are not easily understood.

With 20+ years’ of experience as independent OD practitioners and business owners,  Barry Coleman and Jackie Bsharah will share a strategic framework for business start-ups. This experiential workshop is designed to help current and aspiring business owners explore the necessary elements to starting a small consulting business.
