From CBODN member David Miller:

We invite you to join us for a one-day experiential workshop intended to help international development and humanitarian assistance practitioners find deeper, personal meaning in their professional endeavors.  The training will target early- to mid-career professionals who aspire to grow their leadership.  This interactive workshop aims to grow the non-technical aspects of leadership and increase the participants' awareness of themselves and how to more effectively build connections with others.  The course is intended to provide participants with insights and tools to capitalize on learning opportunities created by disappointments, frustration, and failure.  The training will help participants grow their life purpose and ability to connect with stakeholders.  It will introduce new skills that will enable them to be powerful leaders within their organization.
