Topic: Resilient Leadership - Approaches and Tools

Description:  Attend our October 3rd meeting to learn and experience Resilient Leadership (RL) tools and approaches used in coaching and consulting by our presenter, Judy Rodgers. Resilient Leadership (RL) is a new way of SEEING, THINKING, and LEADING that helps leaders navigate the hidden dynamics of organizations more effectively. In the RL model, a leader first focuses on him/herself when addressing issues in the organization and takes responsibility as a leader to ‘observe, think, and change his/her behavior’ to become more resilient and effective. During the session we will use RL tools that can be applied personally and professionally. Plan to attend and participate with colleagues in self-reflection, discussion, and interactive exercises.
