Details: So there has been plenty of discussion about race equity and its intersection with OD. And many people have clients asking for coaching around issues of race equity. Core to that is understanding what is race and racism and how racism developed in the US. This workshop will provide you with a succinct yet effective definition of racism, how the racial caste system developed in the US and the implications of that on organizational culture.
