" Creating Breakthrough Results "

Program Description:

At one point or another we all hit brick walls.  We have tried everything we know, but nothing seems to work.  As a result we are unable to achieve our most important results and create the life we desire.  This can leave us feeling stuck and frustrated.  Sometime we even begin to lose all hope.  In this highly interactive session, you will learn how to breakthrough those walls in order to achieve your desired results.

We define “breakthrough” as an extraordinary result or outcome, something that we don’t know how to accomplish and are uncertain if it can be accomplished at all.  It’s something that seems so difficult to accomplish that we would be breaking through to new destinations when we actually do so.

Presenters:  Ilona Birenbaum, Leadership Coach, PCC and Consultant and Vinay Kumar, Coaching and Development, TEOCO Corporation.

Ilona Birenbaum is a leadership and organizational consultant/leadership coach with over 20 years of experience and a diverse organizational development background. She is an adjunct professor and coach with American University’s School of Public Affairs’ Key Executive Leadership Program. Her specialties include leadership coaching, facilitation, change management, leadership assessment and development, action learning, performance management, training, strategic planning, and conflict resolution.

Vinay Kumar provides coaching and delivers leadership development programs.  His primary focus is developing leaders in sectors that include IT & engineering, healthcare, and non-profits.

Vinay is the co-author of Language and the Pursuit of Leadership Excellence: How Extraordinary Leaders Build Relationships, Shape Culture, and Drive Breakthrough Results. He is also the author of Customers: Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em: 57 Ways to Love Your Customers

By the close of this workshop you will:

  1. Understand how to successfully practice the “Art of Thinking”
  2. Understand the pathway for creating breakthrough results
  3. Learn how to effectively leverage the power of differences
