Topic: “Leadership the Samurai Samba Vinci(TM) Way”
Session Description: Join us for this high-performance leadership presentation and learn the importance of being a masterful practitioner at your chosen craft as well as being in touch with “who you are being” when delivering it. In this interactive session, Claudio will be presenting his new content that will be published in his upcoming book and that was presented at West Point’s Leadership Speakers Academy in October 2016 where he spoke alongside astronaut Buzz Aldrin and other revered global business leaders.
Presenter: Claudio Toyama is President of Toyama&Co., an international leadership consultancy specialized in building sustainable peak performance cultures. He has traveled to over 40 countries and has lived in five different countries on four continents. With multiple certifications and two-plus decades of global business experience, he helps companies fulfill their potential through leadership development, employee engagement and customer experience. You will receive notification within the next seven days about whether you are on the list to attend or on the waiting list. Also, please include the phone number where you can be reached if we need to contact you the day of the meeting. We tend to receive more than enough responses to fill the room within just a few hours. In order to balance who attends we delay notifying those on the attendance list for up to a week to include those who have not attended recently. We also encourage new members to attend. We apologize if you do not get on the attendance list each month and hope you understand that we want to include more members, not only those who responded quickly. We limit our sessions to 30 attendees as we sit in a circle to encourage full participation.
Please let us know if you are a new member or have not attended the last three or more sessions (October through January). We often receive more than twice the number of requests for attendance than we can take. We are very grateful for your interest and support.
Be sure to check your email for any updates if the weather is challenging or for any other changes that evening.
Waiting List: The waiting list is for those who are willing to contact Peggy on the day of the session to fill cancellations. We sometimes are able to accommodate those on the waiting list.
Policy for people who are “no-shows”: Since we have terrific programs scheduled, we want to provide an opportunity for as many attendees as possible. To enable us to fill openings please email Peggy at least before 10 a.m. the day of the meeting, Tuesday, if you will not be able to attend so she can contact those who email to fill openings. From now on those who are 'no-shows' will be placed on the waiting list for future meetings until we have openings. If you contact Peggy after 10 a.m.she may still be able to fill your place.
