Our theme is LEADERSHIP 2.0 - the lodestone of an effective leader is self awareness. Are you ready to explore and uncover your blind spots? Can you access and use your healthy power? You can learn leadership skills but it takes courage and clarity to live them. Even if you are not a formal leader with direct reports every day bring opportunities for self leadership and/or the informal leadership of people you work with or for.
