Topic: Using Simulated Experience to Develop Managers

Facilitator:  Sid Rainey

Program:

A great manager can be many things, but they can only be measured by one criterion – the performance they generate from their team. Yet, it’s simply not enough to teach managers about the various managerial styles they use to generate high performance – you really need to show them. And nothing gets to the point better than actual experience.

Come and experience first-hand the value of a training simulation that gives managers a better understanding of how employees perceive them, and insights into how their words and actions affect others.
