Topic: Using Simulated Experience to Develop Managers

Facilitator:  Sid Rainey

A great manager can be many things, but they can only be measured by one criterion – the performance they generate from their team. Yet, it’s simply not enough to teach managers about the various managerial styles they use to generate high performance – you really need to show them. And nothing gets to the point better than actual experience.

Come and experience first-hand the value of a training simulation that gives managers a better understanding of how employees perceive them, and insights into how their words and actions affect others.

Sid Rainey is an education specialist in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer in Washington, DC. He has served as an independent consultant working with clients such as General Mills, Citicorp, the FDIC, and USAID.
