Topic: Systemic Coaching

On Friday afternoon, November 28, 2014 we will use an innovative process for understanding the dynamics of professional development. This involves mapping the drivers, beliefs and past events that support or hinder the inner dynamics of change. Our role as an executive coach is to surface and change the subconscious beliefs and patterns that prevent the manager from achieving the success that he or she desires. A revealing set of questions is; What is your objective? What is getting in the way of achieving it? What needs to happen to change those obstacles into resources?
