Topic: Facilitating Organizational Change Systemically

On Friday afternoon, October 24, we will use an innovative process for understanding the dynamics of professional and organizational change. This process involves mapping the drivers, beliefs and groups that form and inform the process of change. Our role as a organizational development consultant is to help harmonize the interactions between those different parts that are often at odds with each other. A revealing question is; what needs to happen so they can work together to develop and achieve a common objective?
