Come and join us for the first meeting of the 2014-2015 program year and learn new information and insights about Positive Psychology. Positive Psychology looks at what is right with people. It is about the science of well-being and identifying when people are at their best. Positive psychology is not the focus of the positive at the expense of the negative. It’s a science and, as such, concerned with evidence, measurement, and testing. In this session you’ll learn about the five components of flourishing, the Positivity Ratio, and specific coaching tools based on Positive Psychology. Come join us on September 2nd and learn how positive psychology
tools can benefit our lives and add value to our coaching and consulting.
